Times highlighted in green indicate when all participants are within business hours (9 AM - 5 PM). The "Best Meeting Times" section shows the top 3 recommended times.
Can I add the meeting directly to my calendar?
Yes! After selecting your meeting time, click "Google Calendar" or "Outlook" to add the meeting directly to your calendar. You can also download an .ics file that works with Apple Calendar, Outlook desktop, and other calendar applications.
How many timezones can I compare for a meeting?
You can add as many participant timezones as needed. The 24-hour comparison grid will show you the local time for each participant at every hour, making it easy to find overlapping availability for teams spread across the globe.
